Concept Of flipped classroom:
The flipped classroom is a strategy which aims to increase student engagement. It is synonymous with active learning as student learn idea on their own and later they discuss it in class room. student can use different audio visual learning materials for their study. They can watch the video prepare by their teacher or other experts .It is a type of blended learning where student are introduced to content at outside classroom setting and practice working through it at school. This approach assumes that there is no difference between a student listening to a lecture individually and with other students in class. There are plenty of ways these activities differ, and there are benefits that lecture can provide, such as create a social experience, students pick up from other students’ social cues. . Flipped classroom has numerous benefit for teachers and students, some of which are listed below;

- Students learn rather than encounter material in class.
- There are more opportunities for higher level learning.
- It does not waste time transferring information to students when that information is available to them in books or online

- Opportunity to create more engaging class
- Content can be re-used. Though flipped classroom has significant amount of benefits it may fail sometime. The main reason flipped classrooms fail because neglecting to adequately target students’ attention to the things they need to perform well. The reason flipped classrooms fail is because we don’t direct students’ attention effectively. If students don’t think about or pay attention to the right things, they won’t learn the right things.
