 Develop a closed group of your relatives in Facebook Messenger, share your innovative ideas of cooking, tailoring, painting, etc and get response from them. Continue this for a week and write your experiences of using this group. And, write how you can use this idea in your school teaching .

I have created a closed facebook messenger group of my relatives a year before back then we used to talk about some family issues. As I got the instruction to create a family group I changed its name to food for family and we exchange recipe there along with other home decorating ideas. Here I share here some authentic ideas and other youtube video relating to new recipe. I share an easy recipe of preparing lalmohan sweet at home. My aunt tried it for the very 1st time and it comes so handy for her she can prepare while watching the video at mean time. All of member in the group are enjoying the idea of sharing. I share a youtube video on how to make home decorating accessories. They prepare different kinds of home decorating accessories as well and they share the final output with other. The other day I shares a video of how to make a hair accessories and aunt prepare around 8-10 lachha dori (Hair accessories) and share it to us. MY mother admires the idea of making video of my skill so that they can take a look whenever they are free. She added she is utilizing her free time watching these video and enhancing her skill.

These kinds of group can be helpful for the teaching learning process outside class room. These kinds of group help to interact between students and teachers. Here Teachers can ask for assignments can provide feedback on students’ progress. students can submit assignment, clear doubt and can discuss with peer. We can use different kind of messenger group like facebook, twitter, watsapp etc. The benefit of using well known messenger group doesn’t require to learn new device or software. Such messenger group are flexible so students can easily access written content or videos easily whenever they go. They have control over their own learning using messenger as they can read or watch videos as many times as they need. It may help needy students.

The most beautiful thing of these group is it allow the free share of related multimedia prepared by other. We can share relevant Audio, video and images. There are thousands of related videos online just the way we want, which help to reduce time and effort needed to prepare such videos. These types of messengers also increase sense of team building and collaboration among students. Students feel more motivated, and socially active, more valued, and they willing to participate in learning and socialization.



Messenger can use as a medium of flipped learning method. Where teacher can share multimedia in messenger. Student can watch instructional videos prior to class and they can conduct post class discussion to enhance their knowledge.
